Cabaret, affectionately known as "Three" in our herd, was the last of triplet does Fantome blessed us with in 2019.  One sister resides with Alan Cunningham in Louisiana (and finished her championship this spring!), one was our 2019 Illini Showdown raffle kid donation purchased by the Kelley family in Arkansas, and Cabaret is the one we chose to keep in our herd.

As a yearling she freshened with a stillborn kid and her production suffered from this.  As a two year old she showed well, placing near the top of her class but just didn't have the capacity yet to win.  

 

We really thought 2022 was going to be her year, but she became lame early in her lactation and she just didn't look her best.  As the summer continued, she started looking better and was RGCH at one show behind her older sister Fame. We were pleased with her appraisal score after all she went through this year and we are hoping that she will shine next year as a 4 year old.

In 2023 she finally put it all together.....finally finishing her CH title.  She freshened with a single doe kid, but her production has been solid.  We love her little daughter out of Action!
