We sold North to another breeder that decided she didn't like the Alpine personality, who then sold her to our good friend Jessica Krause after she won her dry leg going GCH at the highly-competitive Boon Companions Show-Me Stars show.  Jessica bred her to Famous Amos--a buck she had purchased from us as a baby.  

Laura had the chance to show Polaris as a junior kid, and I fell in love with her.  She didn't disappoint when she freshened as a yearling milker!  I knew that this was a doe to watch!

It was heartbreaking when I learned that Krause Farms was selling out, and I knew that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to bring Polaris into our herd.  Thank you, Jessica Krause, for letting her come here.  Polaris blessed our herd with twins and we just love her daughter Andromeda.  An unfortunate illness really compromised Polaris early in her lactation and she never recovered the amazing capacity she freshened with; we are eager to take her out again in 2026.  She was able to earn two legs toward her Championship in 2025.
